Penn Rising XI’s Rangers Futsal Academy and Perfect Touch Soccer Announce Consolidation of their Winter Futsal Programs.

October 6th, 2026

Rangers Futsal Academy (RFA) and Perfect Touch Soccer (PTS) are pleased to announce a milestone consolidation to unite two of the most established, competitive, and respected youth futsal organizations in Pennsylvania into one Futsal program with a shared vision and structure.

This brings together a decade of tradition, player development, and competitive success, creating a single unified winter futsal program; Rangers Futsal Academy powered by PTS, designed to elevate the futsal experience for players and families across the region. The consolidation represents a strategic alignment of values, people, and programs that have long been recognized independently as leaders in the youth futsal landscape. By combining these highly touted organizations, RFA will now offer enhanced coaching staffs, expanded facilities, and a clear, comprehensive development pathway for players at every age and stage. Families can expect continuity and continued excellence in coaching standards and organizational culture, while also benefiting from the strength and scale of a unified futsal organization.

Paulo Ferreira and Matt Baker are appointed as Directors. The brightest staff from each organization will join forces, to provide every player in our organization with a best in class experience. The staff will feature Autumn Bieber and Nick Marculo among other top coaches to be announced shortly. Combining our robust player pools will allow us to enhance the training environment, achieve the highest level of futsal competition, but also balance out all appropriate levels of training and competition to assist our players in developing at the correct pace.

“Our goal goes beyond developing better soccer players. It’s about creating an environment where every player can reach their potential through great coaching, competition, and support.” said Matthew Baker, owner of Perfect Touch Soccer. “The Lehigh Valley is full of incredible talent, with players competing at the international and professional levels. We believe bringing players and coaches together creates opportunities for everyone to grow. At a time when the soccer community can feel divided by club lines, we’re excited to build something that brings people together. We’re passionate about raising the standard of futsal in our region by partnering with Rangers Futsal Academy and creating an environment where every player, regardless of club or level, can be challenged, inspired, and given the opportunity to grow.”

Marc Meoli, founder of Rangers Futsal Academy, echoed that sentiment. “We have admired what Matt Baker, Autumn Bieber, and the PTS staff have created in the futsal space for a long time now. Competing against them for many years has made it obvious that they are a perfect match to join forces with. Combining our geographic footprint, facilities, coaching staff, player pool, and futsal philosophies with PTS will provide the best opportunities to our players and families.” Meoli said. “Working together in the futsal space is just the beginning of our partnership with PTS. Penn Rising XI is eager to announce additional collaborative efforts over the next few months, with the intention of improving our player’s experience and development. We are certain PTS is the unrivaled partner to do that with.”
